Payment and Cancellation Policy

------------PAYMENT------------

We accept PayPal or cash payment for local (Metropolitan Detroit area) pick-ups. Production will begin on your order once payment, in full, has been received. Invoices that have not been paid within 4 days of receipt will result in the order being cancelled.

------------CANCELLATIONS------------

Due to orders being put into production quickly, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been placed.

Shipping Policy

------------PROCESSING TIME------------

Please allow 5-10 business days to process your order unless the item has been specified as ready to ship.

------------DOMESTIC SHIPPING------------

We ship via USPS with tracking. You will receive an email once your order has shipped with your tracking number. USPS standard shipping generally takes 2-7 business days, but please know that shipping can take longer depending on the postal system. Priority shipping upgrades are available, upon request. Priority shipping is 2-3 business days and comes with $50 of insurance and does NOT come with a guaranteed delivery date. We have no control over the postal system once an order has shipped, and are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Please contact the USPS to address any shipping related issues. Please double check that your address is correct on the invoice. Any returned packages will be shipped at the buyer’s expense.

------------INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING------------

We ship through USPS which can take from 1-4 weeks for delivery. Please note that we will package in the most efficient manner possible to save you on shipping charges. Buyers are responsible for any VAT/duty/custom fees on imported packages from the US to your country. Please check with your local post office before ordering if you have any questions.

------------RUSH ORDERS AND PROCESSING------------

If you need your order sooner than the above stated processing and shipping options allow, rush processing is available. For an additional fee, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping within 48 business hours of payment being received. Orders will be shipped using the method you indicate, priority or express shipping. Items in quantities 1-5 will be an additional $20 for rush orders. Quantities 6-10 will be an additional $40, quantities 11-15 will be an additional $60 and quantities 16-20 will be an additional $80. Please contact me directly for rush orders on quantities greater than 20.

Custom Orders

For custom orders, a $25 design fee is required. This fee is applied to your order, covers 2 proofs, and is NON-REFUNDABLE. A proof will be sent via email. You may suggest any design changes (i.e. changes to the font, design size, colors, placement, etc.). A new proof will be emailed for approval. If needed, any and all, changes must be suggested and made at this time. A final proof will be emailed for FINAL approval.

Refund Policy

We provide exchanges or refunds only on orders where we have made an error. Please email a photo of the error or damage within 3 days of receiving your order, if a mistake has been made. We will gladly send an exact replacement at no additional cost to you.

Please review the size chart on each listing. Sizes can vary up to 1 inch. We do not offer refunds on incorrect sizes. We are happy to offer a discount on a future order if a size correction is needed.

Colors may differ due to monitor settings.
